1.You can cancell your order prior to delivery, for cancellation requests contact us on our email or Whattsapp number.For cancellation 30% of the total value of the order will be deducted and 70% will be refunded. In case of " made to order " product no refunds will be offered and all advance payment will be forfeited.

 

2. Products once delivered can not be returned.

 

3. We at edge work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We do not offer exchanges. For quality related issues we encourage our clients to visit our factory and have a look at their order before delivery.

 

4. In case you receive a damaged product, please bring it into the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. Once our team deliverd the product and left the customer's premises, we will not be able to entertain any damage claims. We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the product at the time of delivery and before the signing of delivery challan.

 

5. After delivery we will be able to only honour manufacturing defects.

 

6. If you receive a damaged product, we will either replace the damaged product or take any corrective measures to fix the problem.

 

7. If you receive the product that does not comply with the specifications of your order, return it at the time of delivery. Once delivered the product will not be accepted back.

 

8. If you qualify for refunds the amount will be refunded in 5 to 6 days time.
